The Mestalla Forever Tour has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Valencia, and in the time since January 1st, 2019, it has seen a 23% increase in visitors compared to the same period last year.
This week it welcomed its 350,000th visitor since 2014. The tour hosts tourists, groups of local fans, and school trips, as the expert tour guides inform, educate and transmit their passion for the club at the oldest stadium in LaLiga.
During the summer months, over 40,000 visitors took the Mestalla Forever Tour (an average of 415 per day). Some 85% were tourists, of which 68% came from abroad. There were also some famous faces, such as Gaizka Mendieta, the case of 'The Addams Family' theatre show, and Harry Potter actors James and Oliver Phelps.
Mestalla is the only stadium in Spain to offer an educational tour adapted to schoolchildren's ages, and which can be taken in Spanish, English or Valenciano. There is also the opportunity to hold birthday parties there, or at the Ciudad Deportiva training facility.
